SELF-ISOLATION

MOOD RESCUE SERVICE

Karan Scott Coaching | Self-Isolation Mood Rescue

WHAT IS THE SELF-ISOLATION MOOD RESCUE PHONE SERVICE?

Now that many of us are staying home to limit the spread of Coronavirus, it's understandable that our moods may begin to fray a little around the edges.

So, as an experienced Life Coach wanting to do my bit for the community, I'm offering a free new service to anyone who needs a bit of a mood boost; to help rescue their spirits from 'down in the dumps' during these challenging times.

WHO CAN REQUEST A MOOD RESCUE?

Any English speaking adult, over the age of 18, based in the UK. Sadly I'm not fluent in any other language, much to the disgust of my bilingual daughter.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Your appointment will be confirmed (or amended if necessary), via Facebook Messenger and/or email.

  • At the time of your call, I will phone you, so please expect a "No Caller ID" incoming call. To help as many people as I can, each Mood Rescue phone call will last no longer than 25 minutes. This will allow me a short comfort break between calls.

  • I will endeavour to offer as many appointment slots per week as possible, which is likely to be variable, so please check into my Facebook Page regularly.

  • All calls are strictly confidential.

WHAT THE MOOD RESCUE CALL SERVICE IS NOT

  • The Mood Rescue call service is not suitable for sufferers of severe anxiety or depression, so please consult with an appropriate medical or mental health professional. This service is only meant to help lift those out of 'the blues', if they're 'down in the dumps' or lonely; nothing more.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • No more than one 25 minute call per person per day.

  • Any safety concerns will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

  • Any form of nuisance, harassment, rudeness or abuse will result in the call being terminated and you being blocked immediately. Any severe cases will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
